Casky works with a variety of shipping carriers that help with the arrival of your order at the lowest cost to you! Most orders that under 1 pound will be shipped via USPS (the post office). Orders that over 1 pound will be shipped by variety of shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) All orders will be carefully checked and packed. 2) Express Shipping - Faster shipping options may be available with a fee based on the order’s weight, package measurements, and the delivery destination provided. If your purchase qualify a faster shipping, you will see an options during check out. The express orders will ship out within 1 business day after payment received. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. In most cases, the package will take 2-4 business days to transit and delivery. Shipping Address
The correct shipping address is always the responsibility of the buyer. All the shipping address must be verifiable and deliverable by USPS (the post office). If your delivery address does not have USPS service, please Contact Us for a shipping rate with other carriers before placing the order.
Delivery
If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must Contact Us to verify within 30 days of the shipping date.
