We work hard to make sure that always happens, but if you’re unhappy with your experience, let us know and we’ll make it right!

Unopened items

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • All return item(s) must be packaged in their original packaging.
  • Refunds cover the cost for the product only and do not include shipping charges.
  • All returns must have a RMA number. Please Contact Us with your order number, we'll sent you a RMA number with return instruction.
  • Without the RMA number, return will not be accept.
  • We reserve the right to decline any returns if the above guidelines are not followed.

 

Opened items, or items without original packaging

Returns of opened items or items without original packaging (boxes, inserts, clips, etc) cannot be accepted.

 

Damaged items upon received

If the package delivered shows visible damage as carrier delivery. Please send us a photo to show the damage within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photo(s) of the damaged item(s) is require.
  • Return of the damaged item(s) may not be require, if the photo(s) can proof of the damage.   
  • A replacement item(s) will be sent upon received the damaged photo, or a full refund if the item(s) is not available.
  • We reserve the right to decline any returns if the above guidelines are not followed.
